The Oregon SFA Coalition (OSFAC) will leverage existing solar technologies incentives and support platforms through a coordinated system shipping and delivery system, made precisely to fulfill the needs of minimal-profits homes and citizens of disadvantaged communities in Oregon. Collectively, OSFAC associates will enable solar installations at o
